Bookings must be made by emailing the Reservation Email (you don’t need to pay in advance) with the dates and details of the guest. Payment Procedure

You do not need to send any deposit in advance. We will book the property, please if any change let us know about it and we can rent the property to other visitor. Owner of the property do not accept any credit cards (Ex: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), they accept cash only. First or Next Day of the arrival, you will pay to the owner the amount contracted and displayed in the e-mail o web site. Payment for incidental charges after check-out is accepted by cash only.

Confirmation

Upon receipt the request from the web site, we will issue a confirmation if the property is available.

Reservation change or cancellation

The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your property check-in date. Please cancellation or change of a booking lets us know as soon as possible, we can rent to other visitor and the owner do not lose the opportunity to rent it. All cancellations or change must be in writing by e-mail.
